Compensation is market-competitive, negotiable and commensurate with experience.
We are currently using QuickBooks for all aspects of our accounting system, inventory and payroll.
We prefer a minimum of 2 years in a bookkeeping position, but we will train the right person.
The best candidate will be detail oriented and able to multi task, experienced with QuickBooks preferred (but willing to train).
You should be able to use Microsoft Office and some Excel preferred.
Daily tasks of answering phone, customer set-up, calculating employee time and entry, A/R, A/P, payroll, general filing, customer service with fleet accounts and assisting with various office duties as needed but not limited to all of the above.
