THERAPIST:
Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor Therapist Position
Summary:
The Licensed mental health professional is responsible for providing individual and group therapy to patients.
This is a full-time position.
Job
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality treatment using evidenced based practices.
Plan and carry out appropriate individual, family, and group interventions relative to the needs of the patient.
Provide health promotion and training as requested.
Acquire and maintain appropriate clinical licensure, practice within scope of licensure as directed by Maryland COMAR and appropriate Board of Licensure Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.
Qualifications, Education and
Experience:
Licensed mental health professional.
Must possess a State of Maryland license of LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment.
Possess skills in crisis intervention, evident base treatment, and client advocacy.
